In Emily’s blog on foods to support your immune health she mentioned Donna’s delicious recipe for a pumpkin, oat and chocolate chip slice (GF).

It’s been going down a treat at our cafes. Here it is for all to try! 

Ingredients:

4 cups GF (or regular) oats

1tsp cinnamon

3tsp chia seeds

2 cups pumpkin puree

2tbsp oat milk

1 cup chocolate chips

Method:

Mix everything together and spread onto a parchment lined baking tin. Bake for 25-30 minutes at 180 degrees.
