Project Manager (part time, 4 days per week)
We’re looking for an organised and motivated Project Manager to lead the delivery of our Arran Community Climate Action project. You’ll coordinate activities, manage partnerships, and oversee monitoring and reporting, helping ensure the project delivers real impact across the island. If you enjoy bringing people and ideas together and want to play a key role in shaping a more sustainable Arran, we’d love to hear from you.

Community Engagement & Outreach Lead (part time, 3.5 days per week)
This role is all about connecting with people. As our Engagement & Outreach Lead, you’ll work closely with communities across Arran to build relationships, deliver events and workshops, and inspire meaningful climate action. If you’re a natural communicator who enjoys working with a wide range of people and creating engaging, inclusive activities, this could be the role for you.

Active Travel & Arts Lead (part time, 2.5 days per week)
We’re seeking someone creative and enthusiastic to lead on active travel and arts-based engagement. You’ll develop projects that encourage walking, wheeling and cycling, while also using arts and creativity to spark conversations around climate action. If you’re passionate about innovative approaches to sustainability and love bringing ideas to life, we’d love to hear from you.
