Have you visited our community store in Whiting Bay?
One of Eco Savvy’s main aims is to explore every possibility of reuse for an item before sending it to landfill. With the community shop, we help give unwanted objects a new lease of life.
We sell a variety of pre-loved items like clothing and and books. We also stock eco products like biodegradable bin liners and shampoo bars.
Occasionally we host pop up events, so please keep an eye out for those.
Open from 10:30am – 4:30pm Monday to Saturday,
– Whiting Bay, across from The Shore
We also have an online store, which can be found here.
We stock a well curated range of eco products from bamboo toothbrushes to toilet rolls.
Volunteer with us!
We have lots of opportunities available to help out in the Eco Savvy Community shop.
If you would like to join us, you can either call into the shop and leave your details with one of our volunteers and we will contact you and arrange a visit! Alternatively you can email us at shopmanager@arranecosavvy.org.uk or call us on 01770 700417.

The Food Share scheme has been running since November 2018. It started off in Lamlash and Brodick and has now grown to run every night of the week in villages around the island. An incredible network of over 50 volunteers collect the food from the islands Co-op supermarkets and take it back to their villages to distribute within the community.
Check out when the Food Share is in your village in the schedule below.
