Annual General Meeting

Our Annual General Meeting was held on Sunday 21st November from 2pm to 4pm on Zoom.

We heard about the successes and challenges over the last year and contribute to the plans for 2022.

We considered:

the Annual report
the Accounts
Election of trustees by members
plans for 2022 based on the outcome of COP26
Strategy consultation – Net Zero Arran by 2030

Membership is FREE to Arran residents and Associate Membership is available for FREE if your main address is on the mainland. To be a full member you need to be over 16 years, resident in the Arran KA27 community, entitled to vote at a local government election in a polling district that includes the community or part of it and support the purposes of Ecosavvy. Full members can attend and vote at the AGM. However, if you have moved away from Arran, don’t worry, you can still be an associate member and attend but would not be entitled to vote at the AGM.

With the Climate now impacting on us all, both locally and globally, it’s vital that Arran has a voice and continues to play its part in tackling climate change and making Arran a sustainable community for us all. Your continued support and interest is very much valued.
