Booking An EPC
Our assessor is available from Tuesday to Thursday each week between 8am-8pm.
Appointments will generally last between an hour and a half to two hours.
Should this availability not suit you other arrangements can be made through direct contact with our assessor

Cost
Our EPCs cost between £80 and £100 depending on the size and complexity of the property.

What is an EPC?
An EPC is an Energy Performance Certificate, is an assessment of the energy efficiency and cost to heat of your home. It evaluates the fabric of the house e.g. insulation, heating system, windows etc. and generates a score for this going from 0 to 100 plus and a grade from G-A. It will also suggest potential changes might improve the energy efficiency and reduce the heating bills of your home.
Why do i need an EPC?
An EPC is required for the purpose of selling a house, renting a property and after you make improvements to the fabric of the house.
This year it will become illegal to rent a property with a rating below a D in Scotland
