What can I bring to the shop?

As a guide line we say anything small clean and domestic which fits on a shelf can be taken at all times.

What can’t you take?

No items of safety thank you;

Crash helmets

Cycle helmets

Riding hats

Car Seats

Children’s car seats.

Booster Seats

Safety harnesses of any type,

Electric blankets

Electric heaters.

Gas appliances.

What about golf clubs & bicycles?

We can sometimes sell these items. The criteria is space which is very limited, weight, safety and security , a valuable bicycle which does not sell would have to be brought in the shop overnight, as would golf clubs, it would be unacceptable to expect our volunteers to physically do that. So please check at the shop before you bring them  or you can email us at arran.ecosavvy @gmail.com  we will  try to find a way to sell them.

What about items too big for the shop?

  • You can use our facebook page to sell your large items,
  • Ask in the shop if you are unsure or telephone 01770 700417

Where your item is FREE to good home.

Bring details to the shop and use our notice boards. We have details of items for sale and wanted items.

Take a digital photograph of the item and either email it to us, or arrange at the shop to bring in your digital camera and we will help you.  Please note not all of our volunteers can do this so please contact us first.

Please visit the shop  or you can email arran.ecosavvy @gmail.com
