Project: Arran Eco Savvy Energy Challenge

Contract: Fixed Term, Until 31st March 2019

Part-time: 20 hours per week

Salary: £12,000

Arran Eco Savvy has an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and capable individual with great organisational qualities to take on the role as Project Administrator in the delivery of an exciting, energy-efficiency project funded through funded through the Scottish Government’s Climate Challenge Fund. You will play an integral part in the delivery of the project and it is essential that you have great work ethic, are organised, IT literate and driven to make a difference in the climate change challenge.

Job Description

As the project Administrator, you will support the project manager in ensuring that the project outcomes and objectives are delivered on time and within budget.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating audits, workshops and surgery times
  • Data collection and monitoring through phone calls and through auditors
  • Assist in Budget control and financial reporting required by the Climate Challenge Fund
  • Assist the project manager with marketing duties and the project newsletter sent out to members on a monthly basis

Key Skills and Experience-desirable:

  • Exceptional organisational skills
  • 2-3 years’ experience in an office or administrative role
  • Strong communication skills, verbal and written
  • Advanced IT skills
  • Previous experience demonstrating ability to manage a huge amount of data management
  • Proficient in both Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Time-keeping and time-management skills
  • Show flexibility and adaptability
  • The ability to keep clear, complete and accurate records
  • Diligent and meticulous, demonstrating great attention to detail in every task
  • Social Media management skills
  • Enjoy a fast paced, challenging working environment

Qualifications

  • HNC/HND/Degree in a relevant field is desirable
